I see you are still paying them with seeds to pose for you. This is a beautiful bird and a stunning picture of him. He is just beautiful. I like the way you were able to get the close up of him. An excellent picture in every way. Nice write up telling about him too.

I tried but I think the squirrels are little acrobats and have figured out a way to get to them all. WE even bought one of those things that is supposed to keep them out that goes on the pole. Our squirrels just sit on top of it and eat all the bird food. They even climb up the walls of the house. Amazing little creatures and ours are a genius when it comes to figuring out how to get to the feeder.

I feed the squirrels too. In the fall after the farmers harvest the corn we go and pick up what we can find left behind. They will still get on your feeders but it helps.

How many 6 stars do you think I have Willie?? l.o.l. Another stunning capture with amazing clarity showing every small detail of every feather! The colors are brilliant and true with of course the snack in the beak! The eye highlight brings this fella to life! Nice shooting as always!

Very nice Willie. Great detail and the colors are right on. Very good composition and position of the subject. I also like the green background. I have been trying to get some bird pictures from my 70-300 but can't get close enough to get the nice detail. Any tips?
