Not sure this is mixed media as most of the changes mentioned would be considered acceptable software editing.

That aside you have captured a truly beautiful lily, the color and clarity of markings is excellent. Focus spot on. Like the vignette used as it highlights the beauty of the flower even more.

I like the vignette as well as the tranquility of the chosen color for the negative space. The leading lines of the flower petals draw your eye to the center of the flower. Nice work!
