Tapestry, was a superb name for this peice! Very vibrant, and I have no idea how you accomplish this! I like the way you have the light offset, and it does have a tapestry feel I think it is the little designs. It certainly does catch the viewers eye.Donkeyoatey

LOL I have no idea how I accomplished this either, the sunburst thing apparently was a complete accident I have tried to figure out how I did it but can't LOL I downloaded a 30 day free trial of paintshop pro and my 30 days are almost up, I'm not going to buy the program just yet, however later on no doubt I will because I'm still having fun with it LOL

Diane, it's the intricacy of all the patterns that really caused me to pause and delight in your upload. Then the light rays emanating from the sun give a feeling of warmth. There is something about yellow and blue, the colours of the Swedish flag, the Ukrainian flag...something so unpretentious about blue and yellow, it's a solid feel. I do have a comment in that there is an unbalancing feel (for my eyes) as to the negative space as the mid left and the mid right are different, but perhaps you wanted it this way and who am I to say...it's just a subjective opinion and we all know that subjective opinions are neither right nor wrong.
It's nice to see you again on the FAR site....I've been absent for awhile, lots of new people...good for the community.

I always love your reviews. You give meaning to my art and it really makes smile. As far as the negative space,no it wasn't intentional, especially since I have no idea how I did this LOL just kept playing with filters
