This was very thoughtful of you. I lost my parents six years ago and then lost my in laws three years ago. None of them lived with us but they were very dear to me. I really like what this says and I am sure your wife is grateful to you for creating it for her!

Oh this work of art touched my heart also so much. It is so true - my memories of my dad are a treasure now. Love the way you have drawn the angel and the way her wings flow around the words. Oh I love this - I could talk it about it for ages - but better go now!

Grate contrast with the background. Good shading and texture on the feathers. The angle is sweet and well proportioned. The two roses are a nice touch. Real good detail two.

It is really nice to hear that you got along well with your mother in law. That is a rare thing. It was very sweet of you to create such a lovely treasure in her memory.
The overlapping lines in this background actually make a lovely pattern. They are not as boring as rows of straight lines.
