Diane, the large image is blurred as is the little one. I know your art isn't so I'm ignoring it.
Here in Thailand BIG NEWS....a mother killed her two children and made a curry out of them and was eating them! She was schizophrenic and off medications. You really needed to know that didn't you.
Well, here it's the Buddha, not Christ and yes the population here sometimes forgets what The Buddha has done for 'his children' as well.
I find your image very touching and it evokes an emotion in me as you the artist hoped it would. The way you have depicted the tears falling and filling our oceans with liquid is very creative. I also love your colour palette and you always seem to get that right with your postings don't you...here you have included purple the universally accepted colour of spirituality making your image one worth pondering over.

I have to agree that it doesn't matter what religion you are from the meaning remains the same, our world has gone horribly amiss, when will wee ever learn to just open our eyes

Very nicely done... the face is a but blurred and I think you can use a bit of texture to the hair so it isn't so flat looking but overall it is very good. Your stuff is so much better than last year. You have really gotten quite good.

Thank you Norma for a great review and tips. I noticed that it seemed a bit blurred when I posted it, the original isn't. I may have used too high of resolution so I brought it down and it seems a bit better and I took your advice and added some extra texture to the hair
