really beautiful and very cool picture. has a wonderful vibe and very dynamic shade of red. yes will be good if you can get back on it and complete any areas, you wish. i do like the special rain effect for sure.

Cleo, a fine piece you have brought back to us.

Your use of the "digital" paint brush is almost as if you picked up the brush yourself and painted like a fine master.

Your use of colors is very nice and your placement is excellent.

Wish you the best of luck in the contest.

Great work of digital art here Cleo. I think the idea of making the car in the rain is a wonderfully different idea.

The colors give and aged appearance while keeping the classic lines of this automobile.

You are truly one talented digital artist (even in 2013) ~ Steve

This is awesome! I love the color you have applied to this vintage automobile, I appreciate the attention to the details as well, the work to show the rain coming down actually gives us a view slightly blurred as if we are looking through the rain. Well placed in this scene Allowing a good 3/4 view. Well created and presented!

Cleo,
A beautiful picture of this elegant vintage saloon car that I think judging by it's style was on the road in the 1930s or 40s similar to one belonging to my great aunt & one belonging to my American Great Grandfather, Created by your artist's eye for composition, with very skilful digital art work. beautiful choice, blending & application of your colours in bringing this car back to engine roaring activity on the road.
Good luck in the contest.
Susan

Thank you very much Susan, Sean just identified the car as a 1933 or 34 Plymouth three window coupe that was somewhat modified and shows 'hints' of a 1934 model. :o)

I really like the rustic look on this car! This would look perfect in a hotel room. This is such a beautiful painting with a lot of craftsmanship. Very good job!

Cool,Cleo!
'Good Show',my friend!
( You must have known that I'd like this! : D )
I'd say that it's either a 1933 or '34 Plymouth three window coupe that's been built up into a 'Street Rod' but there are some 'hints' of a '34 Ford in there too!
Hey,I like it! : D
