A wonderful painting of the stormy seascape! Great composition, amazing technique, beautifully painted details. The colors are nice, vivid and somewhat dark, with the premonition of the coming storm. The color balance is great, with spots of pink, green, yellow and white in the background. You did a great job! Well done, thanks for sharing and the best of luck in the contest!

Loving the moody, darkness of this work, I live by the sea and it looks like a dark windy beach day on Hayling to me, well done on capturing the feel of a storm, great colour and contrast.

thanks for sharing!

Beautiful picture. Great colors captured the dramatic moment. The composition captures just the right amount of sea and sky. A real beautiful work of art.

Nice art work. I can hear the wind and the waves crashing on the shore. You've captured nicely the energy and turmoil of a storm.

Love the colors the blue, the green and the splash of pink in the sky that last moment of the sun setting or rising as the storm takes over. The movement in the wave as it comes up and then rolls over itself then crashing. Love the texture in the clouds, the layers of the clouds cause a storm front is never flat and it is so expressive.

Wow this piece really calls to me. The bubbling sky seems to be really brewing up a storm and the angry sea is really great with all the roaring waves.the Slight pink in the sky is very intriguing.

Great rendition of a stormy coastal area with cumulonimbus clouds forming and signaling an imminent heavy rains and thunderstorms.
Impressive wave rushing to the shore with highlight bubbles in a well executed perspective of distance and DOF.
Thanks for sharing.
Good luck!

This is a simply stunning piece of art. The play with light and shadow is brilliant and I am envious of your brush strokes

Oh this really is so full of movement, I can almost hear those waves crashing. The different tones of blue are blended so well together and that little touch of pink lifts the whole piece. Lovely!
