This is a great work of art all that detail of this cowboy rounding up the calf with his horse it must have taken a long time and he does mean business, enjoyed seeing your masterpiece.

stipple drawing, not entirely familiar with that. It does have an interesting technique to it and would be used well for older styles like this western piece. Nice job.

Hopeart, stipple or pointillism has been around a long time, Seurat created whole paintings by applying little dots of paint... glad you like the work... take care... more will follow...LvO

The calf and horse are rendered perfectly, the cowboy however is a little stiff - he shows great effort and motion in his action, but his body is too stiff - the other creatures have a fluid quality to them that is really wonderful. I love Ink drawings, this is Rick's forte and I have learned to have a great appreciation for the amount of work and patience required to complete one. The composition is very strong! Good work!

nice work, i bet these are very time consuming for sure, nice job on details, though your style is definatly different! :) it is suttle in detail, not sharp, nice soft feel to it.

This has really great subject matter in my opinion and is very well done. The action is perfect and the composition with only some background is great.
