This little fellow is obviously having a great time and enjoying every minute.Takes me back--as a child as long as I had a good raincoat on and dry feet with gumboots I actually liked rainy days and being in the midst of it all.He has all the gear he needs--no wonder he is smiling.

Good color tones.
The little boy has such an adorable expression on his face, you can see his wonder at this new fun. You have done a nice job with the brushed out background-that said I think it looks a bit too flat but just my opinion.
