There is a lot of spring flowers on FAR including some of my own but this is a very striking image of these flowers. Superb lighting and detail.The DOF and focus is spot on. The background is just right for this image not to overpowering.

The deep cadmium yellow stamens are beautiful in design and it very well compliments the purple in same degree.The transparent white draws the viewer to the central front of the image.Good one.Great job.

Lovely close up of the beautiful Crocus flowers - a sure sign of Spring and great entry for the contest. I like the angle you used for this, looking inside the flowers.

A fine image with great impact. The colors of the crocus are outstanding and they stand out so well against the natural dark background. Great use of flat light to bring out the details and colors of this subject. Good luck in the contest.

Very nice shot. I tend to get tired of seeing so many flower shots, but I really liked this one. The subtle purple really pops with the depth of field you captured. Well done!
