I wasn't sure what this was at first. I had to look for a few seconds and then realized it had multiple legs and had to be a spider. I am not a fan of spiders and this kind of creeps me out, but it is a really great photo all in all. Wonderful focus and clarity. Never have seen anything like this before. Well done.

Wow, this is a great close up Fred, such details in her and her egg sack, amazing that they can have up to 3,000 spiderlings! Ugh! just thinking of it gives be goose bumps! Excellent camera techs:)

What a fascinating photograph with equally-fascinating notes. One can't exactly say she is a beautiful spider, but no doubt she was to her mate, and she certainly looks as if she's going to have lots and lots of babies.

This so interesting. Lucky is male spider that escapes to love another day. The macro shot gives me a scene I have never seen before. The sharp focus and the lighting are perfect. The angle of the shot adds a unique perspective to the scene. Very cool scene.

Great notes informative. Another perfect macro shot of the spider. Oh, all are ugly! But, also are good mothers, really. Lol. Great composition, the texture and the color, like excellent DOF and good lighting. The focus is pin sharp. Well done.
