Very lovely still life, I think its beautiful. Love the blue on white, lighting is very good and exposure on whites and blue handled extremely well. Very delicate hues, but good tonal range and contrast with detail in dark and shadow areas, oil painting fileter and topaz lens combined works beautifully in this image. Good luck in the contest, thanks for sharing!

I doubt very much if anyone anywhere can beat this. It is simply perfection in my eyes and I'm wondering if perhaps you could make and sell a CD on how you accomplish this effect. The reason I say that is because I was member of ViewBug for awhile and I asked one of the artist's there on how she worked her images and her response was "buy my CD" and then I quit ViewBug. I would be willing to pay you for your technique....really stunning.

I have no constructive criticism for you...it ranks high and deserves a 6 from colour harmony to compositional style to expert manipulation...if you DON'T WIN...I will eat my lens cap!
