Lovely portrait captured the moment, beautiful little girl.A couple of distractions in it which could be improved by using tools in Photoshop or other software by using a clone tool to cover the yellow stripe over and the yellow blob at the top. Maybe you don't have these.

I went in and fixed the yellow...we were in a parking lot! I hope you will like it better Thanks for the review! Please let me know what you think=)

What a beautiful little lady. She looks just precious. You want to just give her a big hug. You captured a very sweet and loving personality.
The light may be a little strong on right side of face and neck. The b/g works except for the yellow strip across the back of the head. I find I very distracting from her face.
