Never understood the expression, but I do get the picture, lol. It works very well for the contest! I like the rain drops, the dogs are nice images too. I love the one in the flying goggles. A well thought out piece of work, good luck.

This CRACKS me up! What no Chihuahua's in those drops?! =) I will still give you the 6 stars because I like the one with the goggles on.
I love the blue, the rain falling down, and each drop filled with a cat or dog.
Your use of layers and filters SHINES through here and once again I am left in AWE of your Wit and Humor.
