I think as a overall composition, this is very creative, it has a really nice flow and it speaks of love. The use of the hearts though tout the image well thought out and effectively used to draw the viewer into the image.

The hearts in the secondary space around the main circular compo net is well defined in the colors used and the intent. Really nice 3D effect there on the hearts, especially using the pointillism between the hearts, again adding depth and perspective.

That aspect, that layering there really pulls the viewer into the main element. The colors and the design there, the lay out is also very effective.

To me one of your best designs, and use of the various technique's using the colored marker media.

The only think that I think should be changed is the hard black circle. Soften that would help the transition between the two areas better, still I really like the layout; nicely done!!
