Perhaps the title should not be water pollution. The concept is not fully conveyed by the work. It is beautiful and a very effective way to communicate the destruction of a tree (stump) but the resiliency of nature by the beautiful flowers. Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest.

I love the concept. Here's where I struggle. The cup floating in the water is very earth colored, soft and muted. I wasn't sure if it was a plastic cup? (love the reflection) The rest of the image has very sharp lines. I get what you are trying to convey, and I think you've done a nice job overall. No criticism, just my personal thoughts.

This is very effective, bright and colourful. The balance of flowers and tree stump across the frame is in my view perfect. Without the pot floating with ripples you would not know that was water. The background toning just finishes the whole piece off.

Nice image, nice floral arrangement, nice color's and flow in that regard.
To me the impact that man had on your scene is minimal an don't coming across very strongly. Like it needs more of a grungy look. It looks too pristine to me. Where is a little paper or a plastic wrapper or bottle, a footprint. A plant that looks stomped on, that looks dis-shoveled.
What you have is nice just doe not convoy man impacted landscape to me.

A very interesting and well constructed digital image showing very clearly mans impact on the landscape with the murky , polluted water.
This has an eerie feel to it and the colors you have used somehow add to that feeling, I think it's the grey background and the murky water.
Clever concept, well mastered.
