Hello,
My review/critique of your work will be broken down into two parts; the technical and the esthetics aspects of the work. Each aspect will carry the same amount of weight in rating the piece presented. A piece will not be awarded a 5 rating if it has a flaw in either category or in the case of a contest entry fails to meet the contest requirements.
Technical: I think that the compositional elements and the use of the space and media in this is spot on. I see no real technical issues in this drawing.
Esthetics: I think that she is drawn very well and the lined that help create her form, her curves and the over the shoulder look, is really visually appealing. The colors within the composition complement one another creating a very good visual flow.
My only suggestion is I might have broken up that darker area around her eyes, but that is me. That being said: It still is worthy of six rating.
I really like this one, it is defiantly one of your best pieces in all aspects from compositional layout, the flow, as well as in the use of the media. Two thumbs up!!

LOL, I think the flower can relate to this one better, body like the trunk of a tree and a head full of leaves. Plus, a shape like Barbie. Very humorous and creative. Well done. ~Alveria

Sure he forgot about Barbie. He is taken by her forms as every man would, but Dryads are known to have magic. Maybe that Dryad clouded his mind completely. He should be careful, otherwise he will loose his roots and end his life as cut flower in a vase.

Someone ask me on the sharpie website if I could give them some tips on shading and blending colors..I said.."sure! Practice.. Practice.. Practice "..lol..I can give u some tips and u can work ur own style in..I have 4 decades of screw ups to finally get this down to a science..go get a pack of sharpies and try one drawing.. Then we can.work from there.deal?..thanks for the great review

Great story here! Amazing color and textures, especially the wood! Creative design, with great definition and precious curves. Love the hair and the position of the hands. The daisy is less that nothing in them, meek and soft as a little lamb. Lol. Well done
