Beautiful technique. When I use pen and ink I tend to get extremely detailed like you have in this piece. Sometimes I feel almost OCD about it. This piece is exceptional and the result justifies the obvious effort that you poured into it.

yes I have been accussed of that as well. but the technique slows you way down so you really have to look at what you are rendering. Anyway....

I think that you've captured the fact that a stallion is know for being wild and free. Excellent Job!!

Wow! This is a really great drawing you've done. Thank you Lucien. What I meant was that I am a beginner, so who am I to review someone's work, mots people have a lot more experience than I. Very realistic horse. I love the face and the the whole horse at the bottom. Nice added touch. I like the white around the edges as well.

I love the amount of detail that you put into all of your work, right down to the displacement of sand from the subjects foot. You really captured the beauty of the horse by the position of all elements right down to the strands of hair. I love it!!
