Well caught and with that hot red colour, the urgency of this image is transferred to us not only because of colour but because of the pan.
If you are working in PS why not clone out that post growing out of the truck, it would fool our eyes and make for a cleaner shot. The part of the pole that you can see through the window wouldn't matter, we would just think it is part of the background. That is only a suggestion.
Adequate marginal space left at L for the truck to drive into and the fact that it is lumbering with such strength into the image can be felt easily.
