It looks as if this poor guy is molding. The tail feathers seem new already, but the plumage has not recovered jet. The back with the multiple colors is in good focus, showing detail and texture. The head is a bit soft, but acceptable. The softness is probably caused by the steep angle. The bird is nicely placed into the frame, just of center to the right. A good placement since the bird looks to the left.
