Another stunningly amazing piece of art. You have an eye of the tiger. Each time I think your last piece was unbeatable here you are again with something more awesome. Kudos Friend..

Great, romantic looking photograph! Taken from an intriguing position with a short lens in order to accentuate the height of the trees against the size of the couple? Your photo is well composed, the exposure is spot on and it oozes a sense of winter perfection and enjoyment!

    many thanks for your nice comments and high rating; but as already indicated, please avoid the 5 1/2 which is discarded on this stupid site: better choose 5 or 6;
    taken with short tele lens, about 90 mm and no "intiguing position: just on the same way;

This is one of those shots one could miss,this winter scene would have been quite a nice shot,but with the people it just adds the icing on the cake,and the fact there is a lack of colour and combined with the vertical format just finishes of,well done fred for this...brian

Really gorgeous winter photo, with a storybook feel to it and it really exists. I like how the people in the background are so small that even further display the size and splendor of the trees and surroundings. I also notice a subtle hint of blue here as well, adding dimension and variety. Great framing too, with a tree on each side of the shot.

Very good winter shot with lots of details and textures in the white snow and like the story telling ability with the couple walking in the wooded image. Thank you for sharing. dale

Nice shot. Tells the story perfectly. I think you could have another picture here without the people. The path could stand on its own. Very nice indeed. Cheers, James

A classical concept very skillfully handled. The shot is awesome and the theme sentimental. Both go into make this a compulsive viewing.!

Fred,
A beautiful picture of the couple walking in the forest near your home with the first snows of winter clinging to the trees & covering the ground with the sun making patterns on the path as it's light filters through the overhanging branches. Artistic composition, framing & lighting with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
Susan
