This is a great action shot not dissimilar to your last one I believe, correct me if I'm wrong , I love action pics and get involved myself and its usually with a go pro which i take everywhere. You have caught this person in action and structured the shot well with great colours of the ocean that power over this subject who is obviously enjoying his/her sport

In addition to the surfer being lost behind the spay the image is also lost.
The man may be kite surfing but would not guess by looking and the man does not appear to be in sharp focus and the drab colors do not provide much visual interest. It appears as the focus is on the breaking wave which is over exposed and lacking in detail.
Good format but little else.
