This is a lovely photo of these very colorful flamingos, and I especially like how well you have captured the reflections of them in the shiny water.
Your photo is also all over nice and sharp, but I would probably have liked to see even better defined details in the head of the bird up front. It is however nothing wrong with the exposure, and the colors are crisp and clear.
The format you have cropped this photo into works well, and the birds are well placed within the frame. It is a lovely and well taken photo, and with a very good DOF.

A beautiful picture of two Flamingos facing in opposite directions necks bent into an S shape as they drink water heads down from the Zoo's pond/lake , on which their colourful reflections are seen. Artistic composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
