A lovely capture of these two Cardinals, with an interesting narrative to accompany it (why didn't you enter this in the state birds competition, or was it too late?), both perched beside one another in this tree and captured at a fantastic angle with great timing, showing them both looking different directions and in a different pose and height to each other, brilliant composition for the piece. The clarity is sharp and shows the details, patterns and different colours between the two clearly and nicely, and the cropping is sharp, with a nice blurred background of foliage which helps to accentuate both subjects further. A great entry for the competition and best of luck! :)

uhoh i reckon they had a disagreement..how do i know? they arent talking to one another..wink wink..lol. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of these cardinals is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer, good eye ad great job overall.
