I like the perspective you caught this big guy in!
Looks like his nap has been interrupted for a portrait! Lovely colors and excellent focus on the eye with excellent fur details. Your lighting and exposure are point on. Great job of filling the frame. Excellent story telling ability and center of interest. Nice technique and technical excellence. Great job!
Regards,
Paul

Wonderful fellow... seems like I could just give him a grand head rub! LOL... You have captured a great moment - calm and relaxed this fellow. Fantastic natural color and lighting. Your focus offers up a moment to count each hair on that lazy boy's head! You have given me a grand smile this morning. Thanks for sharing! :-))

A beautiful and sweet capture of Kenai as he goes off to sleep/hibernate for the winter, I like the close up shot showing his sleepy face, good light on the soft fur. Natural colouring,
Framed for maximum impact.
Well done. Lovely to view.

Nice sleepy shot of this fellow. I like your framing and the eye peeking at you. Very informative notes as well. Focus, depth of field and the no clutter background all make for a great shot.

Love the photo of this sleepy head, looks very comfortable,,I wonder if not really sleeping because they are in a zoo hurts their system,,love the sleepy eyes, I like how you just focused on the head part, very nice to look at and yes I read your blurb about them as well

Thank you! I dont think it harms them since they mainly hibernate (or semi hibernate) in the wild because of the cold and scarcity of food - which is not the case for them in captivity. They do sleep a lot during this time of year though :)
