I know what you mean about the snow. This morning there was a foot (by actual measure) on my car. A fine shot with great exposure for the snow and good composition. Best of luck in the contest.

gee, what a snapshot.. your photo shows the intensity of the storm well. The road now iced over and slippery along with the embankment of snow pushed to the side of the road shows the depth of the fall.. The snow covered trees in the background give a depth of field to the scene as does the building on the far left. Just look at the cars on the right hand side. A quick stop to the shops and its hard to see the car when you return.. I wouldn't enjoy driving in this.. The photo shows the bleakness and sets a real mood to your scene. well done and best of luck in the contest.. a joy to review. cheers mel

Got it in one! Snow and driving do not mix!! Especially here in the UK where we are not that well prepared for snow. Your nice composition offers us a good look at the difficulties facing drivers in these conditions. Sharpness and exposure are good. Well done and good luck!

I like your post production treatment of this typical winter scene. Your efforts have given this piece a Rockwellian flavor and looks very retro.
I have always felt that photographing a snow storm was an exercise in futility - but you have proven me wrong.
This piece is creatively presented. A simple scene with a lot going on.
The initial camera technique captured all the scene has to offer.
A very well produced take with a good story to tell ... B-)) Bob
