I love the crisp detail and shadow effect from another image, but I really learned a lot from your artist notes on this one. Never knew the difference
Before in sex of the pine cones and now I do. Thank you for that informative narrative.

The blurred background sets off the 2 types of pine cones perfectly. I love how the male cone is front and center while the female, which is most commonly seen is in the back. This is an unusual piece with a ton of flare.
