Very beautiful!
This is the reason I don't do very well in the landscape contests. I don't have anything that looks even close to this. You did a great job. This is the type of shot that wins.

Lovely tranquil view, Pat, showing this beautiful river. I love the reflections shown in the water and the overall subtle colours. I like the angle you used for this. Excellent lighting and focus showing a lovely clear image. Very nice composition. Suzanne

Ya know what? When I first opened this post the first thing that came to my feeble little mind is - "Alaskapat got herself a polarizer.", and has put it to very good use.
The tip off was the fine edge detail of the clouds. You won't get that without a filter.
The mirror calm of the water is such that if the ice was not in the scene it would be hard to distinguish which is up and which is down.
A classic landscape presentation with right and left tree lines converging in the distance.
The colors are strong vibrant earth tones.
The overall quality of your landscapes of the 49th state make me want to pack my gear and set out for the Klondike.
One word of caution regarding all filters in general - be careful, any addition to the front of the lens will lessen fine detail to some degree.
Of your work that I have sen so far this one should be printed and framed ... B-)) Bob

An eye catching image. The sky is outstanding and it is perfectly reflected on the smooth water. I like the colors and the panoramic cropping is perfect.
