Great entry for the contest. Excellent close up of this beautiful red Anemone in your garden. I like the angle you used, showing all the intricate twists and turns of the petals and centre of the flower. The softened green background makes an excellent frame. Bright sun is so challenging for some subjects, but you certainly succeeded with this photo. Love the deep red and contrasting white. From a distance, the interior, curly petals (?) looked like creatures to me, so that's another bonus of this photo---it invited me to look closer.
