Great shot of this crescent moon,you've nicely captured the detailing in the craters,especially near the darkened section.Nice sharp focus,very well framed in your photo;this is a great entry for the contes,wish you all the best!

I can for sure see what you see Willie, and think it is a very good entry into a contest like this. What actually makes this photo more interesting , is that the moon is not full because you see the contrast between light and dark.
You have captured so well the fine details on the surface of the moon, and the exposure is just spot on.
I like the way you have cropped the photo, and the moon has got a perfect placement within the frame. I think this is a great looking and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
