Beautiful digital painting, Cleo, showing this colourful Woodpecker on the branch of the tree. I love the colours you used in this and the detail in the feather markings and also the bark of the tree branch. Excellent use of light and shade. Beautiful composition. Suzanne

Cleo,
A very beautiful picture of this Golden-fronted Woodpecker perched on a tree trunk. Created by your artist's eye for composition knowledge of the birds anatomy and skill to convey on your digital canvas what your eyes see. Beautiful choice blending & application of your colours in bringing this Woodpecker to tree pecking life.

Well executed image. Good composition that shows off the details of the woodpecker. I like the diagonal line created by the branch. Good colors with a complimentary background. Thank you for sharing.

really a beautiful bird, i never did see. such a lovely crown he wears and has three shades (of deep colour) on his head. burnt orange, blood red and an ochre section behind his beak. he seems to be, like a very proud species and wears these colours so well. the wings are almost like the markings of some african zebra. you have given the whole picture, some life, texture and a glimpse of, the wonder that is nature.

This is nicely done. I've seen woodpeckers when I was a kid and we lived in the gold country of California. But they weren't of this variety. This guy is very pretty with a zebra marked backside and of course a red head. I like the spackled appearence of the background canvas, Nice to review.
