Wonderful storytelling with good facial expressions. Good initial impact and presentation. Skillfully sketched and created with vibrant colors and incredible details. Your play with light and shadows bring your scene to life. A creative and talented art work. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing!

Oh, the bird must be in shock because it looks like the squirrels got some revenge on the mice. And on the right --what's that? a squirrel stuck an arrow in the back of the mouse. Well, mice eat everything and anything while squirrels eat nuts and birdseeds. Hmmm looks like the birds are going to have to share with the squirrels. Maybe this will be the never ending conflict. Who knows? The Shadow knows!

Always at the end of the shadow quote must be followed by an evil laugh..as a kid I listen to that and the lone ranger series on the radio..I was in Mississippi and had to wait for the sun go down so I can pick up WBBM Chicago to listen to those shows.. wow do I feel old...lol. thanks for the great review

Yeah I love those shows along with Fibber McGee and Molly and our Miss Brooks and baby snooks and George Burns and Gracie Allen. Oh, and Jack Benny in Edgar Bergen and Charlie McCarthy. Did you know that you can listen to those on old time radio on the computer So take care of Kimmo Sabe

Great work. I like the expressions on their faces and the use of collage form to illustrate different moments in this story. Looks like it close to the end between these rivals.

You're right, you did warn us! Yes there were going to be some casualties in this battle ,no way around it. Very well presented as a collage, with excellent color and sense of emotion. It will be interesting to see what happens next!

Hi Mark, War is War in any form where the only answer is to fight. There is Never a winner because SO MUCH is lost! I think you've done a GREAT job showing that in this story. This six is for the story told so far. You know just the right images to add to this to really make us feel the sad story unfolding. Super Job My Friend! :o) Nancy

Mark,
A wonderful & very dramatic collage of pictures showing the 3 "Flying mice" & one "Steed" cardinal having fallen to the action of the Squirrel Army... Lets pray the battle is over soon before there are too many more victims/ casualties. Created from your artist's eye for composition an active & imaginative imagination & the skill & ability to convey on your canvas what your mind's eye sees. Beautiful choice blending of your colours & skilful draftsmanship in bringing the scene to life.
