Nice shot and reflection! Nice ripples caught as well . I am seeing some noise in this shot so I'd like to see less noise.
Colors are natural
What is that disruptive object on the right? A rock maybe? Maybe erase that. Good luck in the contest.

The muted green of the water compliments his bluish gray plumage. The rock beside his long orange beak;and, the log that he straddles make for a lovely composition.

Willie this is a superb nature image, not only is that heron in a perfect pose with its beak touching the water you also have those fabulous reflections doing the same thing so its all connecting, superb light and detail this should be on a front cover of a nature mag!
