Oooo I think I recognize this style..no matter..I'm blind..wait! If I'm blind how can I see the keyboard.. evil grin.. very cool black and white. The upward angle of the shot of these flowers is cool. The capture of the light is perfect. The clarity is excellent. The image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. This is an unusual piece. I like the use of the backlight to bring the features out in a different way. It has a bit of an eerie feel to it. The B&W works well as does the added background feature. Well conceived and executed. Good luck in the contest.

This is an excellent study of the light and shadows, I love that you photographed three tulips with the sun shining through , I also like the show of light in the background. This is well focused, the image is clear, nice tonal variations in the black and white, well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in the contest!
