It may be colorful,but it is still a very somber scene,the funeral for the fallen mouse. Love all the bird mourners who have come to honor one who gave his life in the struggle to liberate the feeder from the squirrels.Well thought out and beautifully presented with attention to details seen throughout,this has been a real pleasure to view from beginning to end!

Great work you put into it. I thought I seen a storytelling contest coming up. This would be an excellent entry in to the contest. This one looks like you put a lot time into it with all of the details of color and characters involved. Nice composition. Thanks for sharing

Well, he gets honored now as a hero what won't do him any good, because he is still dead. All the birds an mice look sad. Indeed what long strange trip....Lets hope it was the last war about a bird feeder... Now back to work everyone!

Funny that what a long strange trip it has been, was my quote in high school, in my year book. The timing on this drawing couldn't have been better given the holiday yesterday. Very cool original one of a kind again. From the flower on the casket to the birds in the background the details are amazing. So many wonderful colors, I love there emblem oh the sword and the bird very cool. Once again I can't say how awesome it is to view your work. Thanks John, and I really like cheapskate, makes me think more then firefly. I will start it as soon as all of these ideas settle. I have been working on a maze this weekend and am almost finished. A wish man once told me never tell anyone what to see when they are viewing your art. And since then I have tried to stay true to it. So tonight I will post my man in a fan art maze with a little something in there as a tribute to you and we will see what they can see . Once you opened the FLOOD gates there is no turning back. Your the man thanks a again. John
