Wow Nik this really show the isolations of that farmhouse and how remote the area looks, great contrasts and light in and around it with those lovely shadows and highlight areas especailly around those trees this would also make a great b/w image!

Really hidden and isolated - I am asking myself how they get their food that is not coming from the farm - a nice landscape picture - telling a story in addition - your shot is well framed - the farm is sitting in the perfect spot in positive and negative space - your picture is clear and sharp with genuine natural color saturation and lighting - your title reflect your image perfectly , well done

Wow,that is really isolated! I wonder how long it takes to get anywhere-lol! Guess they don't have to worry about noisy neighbors. This is a great image,a gorgeous landscape full of beautiful shades of green surrounding that lonely homestead. Those green hills seem to go on forever,many thanks for sharing!

I like how you composed this shot. The view following the slop into the valley to the lonely buildings and then up to the mountains in the background is interesting. The farmhouse, even far away draws our eyes with its color because it stands out from the surrounding green. The different greens of fields and woods are attractive to the eye. The landscape is well framed. The composition is balanced.

A very beautiful picture of the Isolated farmhouse on the Beara Peninsula down on Co Cork last year when we had a SUMMER. It's fields bounded by drystone wall & trees the sheep grazing the field between the trees in the foreground & the house catch the eye & lead it to the house. Beautiful composition, illuminated by sunshine, taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

You have photographed my dream home! I love the groves of trees and the rolling farm acreage and gentle hills in the background. I can see me on the porch having my coffee as the deer cross my path and stop to nibble at my flowers. This is a beautiful pastoral.
