It seems like these guys catch a lot of catfish. A very nice shot in a great natural setting. I like the composition and the reflection is eye catching.

Great capture of the heron with its dinner. Focus, details and structure are all very good. The heron is framed well in the shot and the reflection provides the added touch to make this an excellent shot.

This is beautiful bird photography.You have timed it well. The light, and the composition have worked well and you have caught the contended look on the heron's face holding her fav lunch in her beak! . Good effort.

Great capture of this impressive Grey Heron clutching his catch in his beak. You can see the anticipation of a good feed in the gleeful look in his eye! Very good lighting and focus showing a nice sharp image. Lovely composition. Suzanne

Good clean shot.. The colors both top and bottom in mirror image almost makes it look more as a painting then a photo.. Which is what I like about this piece.

A beautiful stop action picture of this fishing Grey Heron a large fish (Trout??) clamped in it's long bill seconds before it swallows the fish. Beautiful background of tall rushes & in the foreground the rippled water on which the res & the Heron are reflected. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A beautiful stop action picture of this fishing Grey Heron a large fish (Trout??) clamped in it's long bill seconds before it swallows the fish. Beautiful background of tall rushes & in the foreground the rippled water on which the res & the Heron are reflected. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
