Pat,
A beautiful picture of these three Toadstools with their spotted orange caps just waiting for a Gnome to sit on them! Beautifully framed by the surrounding grasses. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Nice one Pat. I like the POV on this one. A better photo would have been one of you laying in the grass to get this one ; )

Nice depth of field emphasizing these little guys. The scene has an almost mystical/dreamy effect.

Nice work Pat ~ Steve

I think the mushrooms have attractive colors and great shapes. Getting down to their level makes for a great pov. The stems are also pretty interesting.

Hi Pat!
While I've never really trusted mushrooms ( or any other type of fungi that inhabit the 'Kingdom of the Grey',as the Feral Wiccans call it )
I can readily admit that your photo of these sun-washed specimens looks really good!
It's very interesting,my friend!

Light and colors appear soft. The air is apparently filled with moister. Nevertheless, the capture is intriguing and the colors look realistic. Those are dangerous I think, in spite of their homely beauty. I believe those are Fly Amanitas [Fly agaric] which are deadly poisonous. That the toadstools are captured in a diagonal row is eye-pleasing and warrants a good balance. The photo is well composed and framed.

You have proven once again how much beauty there is around us if what take time to see and not just look around. You also have reinforced my belief that looking down pays dividends. The focus, the clarity, the details, the colors and all other aspects of your capture are well done.

A very nice shot with great colors. It has a soft look that creates a dreamlike quality that is quite appealing. A well composed shot taken from a great angle.

And I just like the Misty, dreamy like softness of the shrooms standing tall in the green grass.
Nice low angle and fine exposure.
Nice dreamy look Pat!
