Dramatic capture with fantabulous a painterly feel.
I like the grainy textures of the rock adding character to this image.
Dynamic rolling cumulus cloud formations...
Almost a 50/50 horizontal division.
I'd consider cropping foreground negative space a bit but its your artistic right to present it this way...
Diminishing perspective gives a better depth....

This is a lovely scene showing the isolation of the fisherman nicely. Never quite understand them on rocks when the sea can turn any moment - Your colors are great with nice composition.

Your photo presents a very serene setting. Placement of the fisherman in the foreground anchors the scene and adds dimension and depth. Your white balance and lighting are very well done. The colors are natural. The focus is sharp. The detail and reflections in the clouds are well managed.
This photo shows excellent camera techniques and a good eye. Have to give you a "virtual 6 star" as I have none left this week.

This is such a peaceful scene, I like the lone fisherman on the rocky bank, he brings life to this scene as well as giving scale. This is well photographed from a nice angle of shot, well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors are beautiful and appear natural. The sky is alive with the motion of the clouds! Well composed and presented!
