A beautiful blossom for the contest! I love the softness of the partially opened lotus blossom against the green foliage,all nicely enhanced by the vignette as lovely frame.Beautiful vertical format for this well focused photo;wish you all the best in the contest!

I like that you captured the Lotus in the process of opening. This half open flower looks beautiful. Your photo is well focused and exposed. I appreciate the realism of color and light. The vignette emphasizes the flower excellently. The Lotus is well placed into the frame. The photo is well composed. The centered framing warrants the balance.

This is just lovely! There is something so special about white petaled flowers, I like your angle of shot allowing a good look at the shape and structure of this white lotus flower, I can see a hint of the yellow center detail in the lower right portion showing from between the petals.
This is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, the colors and tones here appear natural. Well composed in a natural setting, well presented!

Have only seen the pink lotus so nice to see a white one - I would have cropped it a little more as the leaves even with the vignette do take away a little from the flower. The focus is sharp and lighting nice highlighting the intricate flower shape.
