Wow! A fine and strong entry for the green colour' contest So very apt! You have captured the essentials of the subject. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good effort!

Lots of good greens here to satisfy the entry requirements! Your fine and classical composition offers us an enjoyable view of your seaweed in those rocks. There is an enjoyable sheen to it. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

this could be the winner Steve of the gren contest; a very unusual entry of these algae covering the rocks ; it looks like a flowing wave; sharp focus with excellent details;

I think this is a very original and great entry into a contest like this, and I really like the way the sea weed is clinging to the rocks. I also like the fine textures you have brought out, and the lovely green colors.
The photo is also very Sharp showing such Clear and well defined details both in the rocks and the sea weed, and the exposure is Perfect.
The format and framing is very good and I think it is a very good Balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and With a very good DOF. I wish you Luck With the contest.

These well groomed, hairy rocks gives fuel to the idea of some sleeping creature for a children's story. The lumpy green rock creature! It is cool how the water weeds all lie so smoothly down, don't die in the air, then come to life when the tide comes in. This is a wonderful photo and a superb entry for The Color Green. A winner in my book!

you are into pattern repeats and the earth repeats itself over and over. This is gorgeous. In the ravine, far below, we can see the water running down from the rocks. I used to belong to the Sheffield University geology group and we used to go climbing upwards and downwards, so I appreciate this view.

You are continually surprising
Me with your unique and artistic
Photos. This has such a rich and lively feel along with feeling a bit abstract in nature. The texture is amazing and because it is deeper in tone in the center, it really has an amazing dimensional look.
I'm really loving watching your
Creative abilities come through
FS. It's always refreshing seeing out of the ordinary images in such a new light.
Love what you've done!

Wow. Thank you so much for your very complimentary comments Diane. They mean a lot to me. The fact that you liked it is worth 7 Stars. I liked the abstract look of the green flowing strands as they changed each time the water flowed over them.
Oh, I wanted to tell you what a Wonderful job you did with the card featuring the boat on the shore. I had forgotten that I wrote something to accompany the photo. I noted that you misspelled a word or used the wrong tense. I think it should say "those we loved and those that LOVED us. I think it says LOVES us. Not sure but check it out.
Thank you for your Grand rating.
You are SO talented Diane. You Amaze me AND Tarzan. Peace to you my Dear Friend ~ Tarzan
