Hey Steve!
Another beautiful work created with great attention to detail. The lighting and softness in the water looks really great and contrasts nicely against the hard rocks. Great work this is an awesome image!

Like the idea of black and white photography. This reminds me of a place in California called sunset cliffs in la Jolla. We use to climb down to the beach by crossing the rocks such as these shown in your photo. We would have to watch the tide though coming back because the waves would crash you against the rocks. Great catch of the ocean waves coming in. You took me to memory lane. Great memories.

First impression: it is quite a dark intensity, and creative submission. I do like the black and white rendition. While I am looking at it, it reminds me of the movie "Shutter Island"

This is beautiful! I always like to see pictures of waves crashing against the rocks. It looks like you used a slow shutter speed to give a lovely flowing look to the water. Very well done!

I especially like this in Black and White, it really helps to establish the mood and forces the viewer to study the elements that make this scene, it's simple yet very effective, it shows the natural course of this combination of soft water and hard rock, over time as the water caresses the hard rock, it turns it to sand. Well captured , nice slow shutter effects give the silky soft look to the water. Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is well controlled. Good tonal range in the black and white. Well composed and presented!

Oh FS, the view of this seen is really remarkable and makes me think of things crashing together and forming new things. I love the black and white rendering and softness of the water. Personally I'd make the rocks appear harder but that is a matter of choice.
I absolutely love your narrative..It is so perfect!

Wow this is awesome! Love the darkness and intensity in this piece, while still being able to capture the beauty and detail of the ocean waves colliding against rocks! Wonderfully captured! Great work and good luck!

Steve, this is a great creation! Artistic and creative approach! Excellent contrast, good idea to convert it to black and white. Abstract hilosophical thinking, which I enjoy. My reasons for the highest raiting! Thanks for being creative!
