I've never visited England ( and at this stage of my life I'm quite sure that I never will visit there either! ) but my Dad was stationed there until his squadron redeployed and moved their combat operations to forward air bases ( 'on the continent' ) after the invasion of Normandy during WW II and he really liked the place!
From the looks of your fine picture I think that I'd like it too! : )

What a lovely sight I used to go there when I was a teenager many, many years ago now along the river dart and its just how I remember it, love the greenery and the contrasting blue of the water this creates all the little islands of green, I also like the splashes of yellow in the bushes this give that extra detail, delightful to view!
