A beautiful picture of this male Eastern-tailed Blue Butterfly ~ Cupids comyntas perched on a blade of grass encrusted with rain droplets glistening in the sunlight. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

This is a wonderful captire. I was thrilled to see it as I saw one kadt week in our dunes amungst the early summer flowers ... it was nearby a blue spiky bush and I nearly didn't see it. The blue is do beautiful and vibrant and you have captured this. Your focus is good. Light goid and positioning angle fine. A lovely shot. And now I have an idea of what it's breed is. Thank you.

The picture probably could stand a better degree of focus as it seems to be a little soft but that's a very minor point and it's certainly not something that I'd give the image a less than Excellent rating over.
