I thought it might be the houses of parliament but have never been to London and don't know why I might make that guess. It is certainly a very fine image in all technical senses.

I think this is the Admirality Building, also called the Ripley Building. So I suppose it is not really a palace. It is an impressive construction though, and I like your point of view. The sky is especially lovely, and the building is standing out from it in a great way.
The photo is very sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in every part of the building. The exposure is perfect.
The format is very good, and the rule of third is obeyed. This of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. A truly great looking and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

The sky and windows are the best features of this photo. Wonderful and well-focused colors throughout, and the angle of the building is pleasing because we can see all of it. Would be nice of the vehicles and fencing weren't there, but it's obviously a "working" palace and not a studio shot for photographers.

This is an exquisite shot of the historic building. Apparently, the palace is excellent restored. The plaster looks new. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the realism of color band light. The vivid colors of the palace beneath the blue sky and white clouds is striking. The palace is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
