I like the different colors you used throughout the piece. Nice details in the praying father, the moon and the crib. Still trying to wrap my head around the composition but it works.

A beautiful image of this father saying a prayer for his newborn as it sleeps in it's crib. Probably praying for a happier,healthier world for his child to grow up in,as no doubt many parents are praying for these days. Like the light from the full moon shining through the nursery window,illuminating the father.An excellent creation for the contest,best wishes to you!

This is an emotional and intriguing family scene. Apparently the father or an older brother prays for the baby. Your cartoon is expertly drawn. The colors are realistic and pleasant. The dark background emphasizes the silver-light of the moon and its reflection perfectly. The cartoon is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

bit of a surprising take here. Is he praying for the child's future. You don't really tell us as such. Your 'carpet' background tells us of the Universe. Does he know the child will get covid as once we got smallpox - and have to fight it, difficult as it is a laboratory St barths Hum Research created virus, and the moon is telling him, humanity take care. You've survived so long, but you are becoming a dangerous entity in the universe. Is he praying that the end will not come in his child's era?

That's why I love to provide only a basic story and leave it to you the viewer to take the story from there. See writers will hit me with a basic idea in their head. Their vision may not be exactly as mine but I can give the basic concept to help tie it in their story..it works many times.. wink..thanks for the great review
