Cute cat composition!
He looks perplexed, maybe wondering about that thing the photographer is holding.
Good focus and details allowing the viewer a nice close up. Good background framing and exposure.

I like how the trees in the background are blurred and fill the void of the entire picture. The cat is beautiful and captured in a calm state. I also love the black and white.

Don,t often see cats in b/w on here,i actually think for some reason that they do look better in color,but this is still a image and the tight crop makes for an interesting photo...Brian
