Hi Mark, I really liked the commissioned piece you did relating closely to this. I love the shoreline of this one. The curvature is wonderful! You did a fantastic job creating the scenic beauty with the splashing waves, blue waters and sky! I also love the action of the hula dancer and of course her little hula friends who just happen to be flowers! :o) The whole image is truly joyful and eye-catching! definitely worth 6 stars in my book!Good Luck in the Contest My Friend! :o) Nancy

It's such a soul lifting depiction!! Perfect way to exhibit bliss!! I love the angel girl dancing so mirthfully in paradise clad in skirt made of shoots, a floral band and a bracelet of grasses!! And yes, you given a beautiful backdrop of the water body with splashes. Thanks for sharing this lovely artwork

hey Mike, this is very cool. Love the way you put in detail, the grass, palm tree, clouds ect.... especially the crashing wave. you have this style, that when you see it you know it's you. ( i meant that last line as a good thing. :)

Now I know that a little angel and a flower ballet taught the pretty ladies of Hawaii how to dance the hula. The waves in the background and the birds in the sky seem to join the dance why the ocean plays the music. Your cartoon is excellent composed and rendered. I enjoy the tropical scenery and the vivid colors. The drawing is well framed. The composition is balanced.
