What a beautiful setting of a beautiful bird. Love the partially blurred background that meshes into the darker. You captured the colors in the snag more beautifully than they probably are. Great job!

i reckon i just never really pay attention the the hummingbirds. makes sense they would have someone in the group to play protector. very cool capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this wicked look the bird is doing from the branch is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

To me your image for some reason is not properly, 100% focused. Possibly because of some camera movement when you took the shot.
