She appears to be giving directions to the young girl and boy.

It is a beautiful and dramatic scene. A moment in life, it depicts a fairly normal street and people going about their business but somehow it has turned out very attractive. It's colourful it's crisp, it has a glow about it with the sun cast on the buildings. You have also caught dimension patterns in the street lights and street, the bricks, and pavement surface. Then that sky! And background. Well thought out construction has produced a really interesting result.

Wow the light in this is dramatic! The side of the building and the colours are amplified nicely. I like the composition with the street lamps, they add nice depth. The blue sky and clouds are a calming contrast to the people and buildings on the left. Well done, thanks for sharing
